Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Pickup & Shipping

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.

  • Cancellation refunds will be processed as per our refund timeline.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for replacement or refund as per this policy.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
